What is cloud bread?

Cloud bread is a gluten-free alternative to traditional bread that recently enjoyed a wave of popularity due to an internet craze. Light and fluffy, just like it sounds, cloud bread is delicate and falls apart easily.

It doesn’t necessarily taste like actual bread and, if you’re not gluten-free or following a Paleo or ketogenic diet, you’ll probably want to stick with the real deal.
