    1. In a bowl, combine 1 x 400g tin of mixed beans, 3 crushed garlic cloves, ½ a finely-chopped red onion and 200g halved cherry tomatoes.
    2. Add any extra ingredients you desire, such as radishes, sweetcorn, tinned tuna, chopped peppers or tinned chickpeas.
    3. In a jar, combine 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and some salt and pepper. Close tightly and shake to combine. Drizzle over the salad.
    4. Toss to combine everything together, then store in the fridge.
