Serves 4

12 tomatoes
14 mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Butter
8 eggs

  1. Prepare the barbecue for direct heat – approx. 160-180 ºC. Place a cast-iron griddle on the grate and preheat.
  2. Cook your breakfast essentials be it sausages, bacon, tomatoes or mushrooms on the griddle accordingly. Remove from the griddle and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a small knob of butter on the griddle. Break the eggs out one by one and fry. Serve up and enjoy!
