    What is it?

    A big, family-size glass roasting dish — a kitchen must-have for make-ahead meals and one-dish dinners.

    Perfect for:

The Pyrex® Irresistible Glass Roaster is ideal for roasts, gratins or generous one-dish family meals like pies or pasta bakes. Create your masterpiece and either store in the fridge or freeze for later, then transfer straight to the oven when you’re ready.

    What to consider:

Make sure the dish you choose can withstand cold freezer and high oven temperatures
for maximum safety and convenience; dishes made from poor quality material can shatter, so look for one made from borosilicate glass that can support minimum temperatures of -40°C to maximum temperatures of 300°C. While a large capacity is fantastic for feeding a crowd, do check that the dish will be able to fit comfortably in your oven, fridge and freezer.

    What we love:

We’re big fans of the Pyrex® Irresistible Glass Roaster. Its large handles make it safe and easy to manoeuvre in and out of the oven, even while wearing oven gloves, and its deep sides minimise the potential for spills. The Pyrex® borosilicate glass is shock resistant up to 220 ̊C, which means

it can go directly from the freezer at a temperature of -20 ̊C into the oven at a temperature of 200 ̊C. It’s also scratch- resistant, microwave-safe and doesn’t stain or retain odours, making it our go-to piece of cookware for hearty family meals. Our favourite move? Using the Roaster for a one-dish dinner like this veggie-packed mac and cheese, then simply bringing the dish from the oven straight to the table to serve.
