Early summer is one of our favourite times of year. The evenings are longer; the weather is usually (at least a little) warmer; we – and our bare legs – are out and about more; and most of all: we get to start enjoying eating outside – it’s the little things!

Spending more time outdoors sometimes means there’s less time in the kitchen – and we get that. That’s why this issue is loaded with recipes, ideas, tips and tricks to help you make the most of these glorious summer days.
