Looking for a fun, activity-packed day out this weekend? Head on over to WellFest, which is taking place this Saturday and Sunday on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, in Co. Dublin.
With summer on the horizon and brighter days ahead, many of us are taking the time to reinvest in ourselves, both mentally and physically. If you’re looking for workout advice, nutritional guidance or wellbeing tips, WellFest is going to be right up your alley!
The two-day festival, featuring a jam-packed timetable, will showcase an array of fitness gurus and wellbeing experts, as well as social media influencers and well-known foodies from the Irish food scene.

Headliners for the weekend include Roz Purcell, who will lead a talk about women in the great outdoors, fitness and Instagram superstar Joe Wicks MBE, who will be breaking a sweat on the main stage during a full-body workout, followed by a series of talks on the wellness stage and meditation expert Michael James Wong, the founder of Just Breathe, a global mindfulness collective, who will guide collective mindfulness sessions from the WellMind area.
Meanwhile, the WellFood area will feature top cooking talent throughout the weekend, including: cookery writer and TV chef Rachel Allen, influencer and chef Trisha Lewis, cookbook authors and Currabinny duo William Murray and James Kavanagh, and Sunday Times bestselling author, BBC presenter and host of the number one rated podcast, The Doctor’s Kitchen, Dr Rupy Aujla.

Weekend tickets (€89.25) and day tickets (€63) are still available and can be purchased from wellfest.ie. Child tickets are free of charge, and there will be an array of family-friendly activities planned for little ones attending this weekend, including a baby rave, an imagination station, a Baby Boppers singing and dancing workshop, sensory play, baby yoga and more!
