Seared tuna is a fantastic fish, as well as a great source of Omega-3. It’s also so easy to prepare, there’s literally 4 steps!
- Pat the tuna steaks dry with kitchen paper
- Season with salt and pepper
- Rub with oil
- Sear over a medium-high heat for 2 minutes each side; fresh tuna is best served pink in the middle.
