4 veggie sausages
4 hot dog buns or soft rolls
4 heaped tbsp of our leftover lentil chilli
60g Cheddar, grated
2 spring onions, finely chopped
Handful of tortilla chips, crushed
Salsa and/or sour cream
- Preheat the grill to a high heat. Cook the veggie sausages according to package instructions, turning regularly.
- Place a sausage in each of the hot dog buns and evenly spoon the veggie chilli over them. Scatter with the cheese, then place back under the grill for 2-3 minutes untl the cheese is bubbling.
- Top with the spring onions and crushed tortilla chips, adding salsa and sour cream to your liking.
