To serve:

  1. Preheat the grill to a high heat. Cook the veggie sausages according to package instructions, turning regularly.
  2. Place a sausage in each of the hot dog buns and evenly spoon the veggie chilli over them. Scatter with the cheese, then place back under the grill for 2-3 minutes untl the cheese is bubbling.
  3. Top with the spring onions and crushed tortilla chips, adding salsa and sour cream to your liking.
