Quick summer trifles

1/2 madeira sponge loaf, cut into cubes
4 tbsp orange juice
100g fresh mixed berries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries
100g fresh custard
100g Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp flaked almonds
  1. In the base of each glass, add a few cubes of sponge. Spoon one tablespoon of orange juice into each glass.  
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries. Top with a layer of custard, followed by yoghurt. Repeat until all the berries, custard and yoghurt are used.  
  3. Top with a few extra berries and some flaked almonds.
