6 peaches, pitted and chopped, plus extra to garnish
5 sprigs of fresh thyme, plus extra to garnish
1 x 750ml bottle of Moscato wine
1 x 750ml bottle of sparkling wine, chilled
- In a large pitcher, combine the peaches, thyme and Moscato. Stir together, then place in the fridge for at least four hours for the flavours to infuse.
- Just before serving, pour in the sparkling wine and stir gently.
- Serve the sangria over ice, garnishing each glass with a sprig of fresh thyme and a wedge of fresh peach.
