Peach Sangria Easy Food

Serves 8-10


6 peaches, pitted and chopped, plus extra to garnish
5 sprigs of fresh thyme,
 plus extra to garnish
1 x 750ml bottle of Moscato wine

1 x 750ml bottle of sparkling wine, chilled


  1. In a large pitcher, combine the peaches, thyme and Moscato. Stir together, then place in the fridge for at least four hours for the flavours to infuse.
  2. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling wine and stir gently.
  3. Serve the sangria over ice, garnishing each glass with a sprig of fresh thyme and a wedge of fresh peach.

Per Serving: 158kcals, 0.4g fat (0.1g saturated), 12.4g carbs (9g sugars), 1.1g protein, 2.1g fibre, 0.005g sodium


Top Tip: A great way to keep your sangria cold is to add frozen fruit in place of ice, adding to the flavour of your drink without watering it down.
