Orange cheesecake ice cream

  1. Make 1 batch vanilla ice cream (click for recipe).
  2. Once the ice cream is fully churned, stir in the 80g crushed Digestive biscuits.
  3. Grated the zest from 1 orange, then peel away the pith and divide into segments.
  4. Gently stir the zest and orange segments into the ice cream, along with any juice they have released.
  5. Stir in 180g cream cheese.
