  1. Place a large frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add one tablespoon of the oil to the pan and quickly cook the garlic, ginger, chilli, red pepper and red onion for 2-3 minutes until softened. Remove from the pan.
  2. Heat the remaining oil until hot and cook the beef until browned. 
  3. Add the teriyaki sauce, water and potatoes and bring to a boil, stirring as you go. Add the vegetables along with the pak choi and spring onions. Cook for one minute and serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
