- Place a large frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add one tablespoon of the oil to the pan and quickly cook the garlic, ginger, chilli, red pepper and red onion for 2-3 minutes until softened. Remove from the pan.
- Heat the remaining oil until hot and cook the beef until browned.
- Add the teriyaki sauce, water and potatoes and bring to a boil, stirring as you go. Add the vegetables along with the pak choi and spring onions. Cook for one minute and serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
