- Mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a small bowl. Add the steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil a large frying pan or wok over a high heat. When hot, cook the steak and marinade for 3-4 minutes until the steak has browned. Use a slotted spoon to scoop out the steak and set aside on a plate.
- Add the peppers, courgette and baby corn and cook for a few minutes until tender. Add the mangetout and cashews and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Return the steak to the pan and toss together. Add the hoisin sauce and stir fry for one more minute. Serve immediately with rice or noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
