Greek-style new potatoes Easy Food

Serves 4-6


900g new potatoes, washed and larger ones halved
60g Feta, crumbled
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
Small handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
½ a red onion, finely chopped
Zest and juice of 1 small lemon


  1. Boil the potatoes (step-by-step instructions here
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Feta, garlic, parsley, olive oil, red onion, lemon zest and lemon juice.
  3. Drain the potatoes well and add to the bowl. Toss to combine and season generously with black pepper.
