“A grandparent is a little bit parent, a little bit teacher, and a little bit best friend. Of all the lessons my Gran taught me, the most delicious by far is this ice cream recipe! It brings back so many happy memories of birthdays celebrated with family. The recipe is really just buying the ice cream and plenty of Smarties, KitKats, Bar-Ones and Peppermint Crisp (South African chocolates). It’s easy and, yes, cheating — but lovely and tasty for the sweet tooth! – Simone Caron, Digital Marketing Executive
1 tub of ice cream, softened
KitKat bars, chopped into chunks
Mars bars, chopped into chunks (in place of South African Bar-Ones)
Cadbury’s Mint Crisp bars, chopped
