200g Keeling’s strawberries, hulled
200g caster sugar
Juice of 3 lemons
500ml sparkling water
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Whizz until smooth, then pour through a sieve into a jug to remove any bits.
- Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
- Add sliced strawberries, mint and sliced lemons. Serve chilled.
