  1. In a bowl, combine together the mayonnaise, curry powder, chutney and sultanas (if using). Season with black pepper.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and stir to coat in the coronation sauce. Season with black pepper and a pinch of salt, if needed.
  3. Slice open the baps and spread with butter. Add the cucumber slices, lettuce leaves and coronation chicken. Wrap up in cling film until needed.
