- In a bowl, combine together the mayonnaise, curry powder, chutney and sultanas (if using). Season with black pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken and stir to coat in the coronation sauce. Season with black pepper and a pinch of salt, if needed.
- Slice open the baps and spread with butter. Add the cucumber slices, lettuce leaves and coronation chicken. Wrap up in cling film until needed.
