Chocolate-dipped mandarins


Makes approx. 40

5 mandarin oranges
100g dark chocolate chips

Flaky sea salt

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment or wax paper and set aside. Carefully peel and segment the mandarin oranges.
  2. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-proof bowl and melt in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds and making sure the chocolate doesn’t burn.
  3. Dip each mandarin segment into the melted chocolate to coat half of it, then place on the prepared baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt. Repeat until all of the pieces have been coated. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
