- In a bowl, combine the steak mince with the oregano, cumin and some salt and pepper. Form into 16 patties, each about 1cm thick.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until completely cooked throughout.
- Lightly toast the pitta breads according to the package instructions. Split the pittas and spread with the hummus. Top with the beef patties, red onion, fresh tomato and parsley. Crumble over the feta and serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over.
