- Combine all of the ingredients in a small blender and blitz for one minute. If you don’t have a blender, you can finely chop the wild garlic and stir into the mayonnaise with some black pepper.
- Add parsley and/or lemon juice to taste, if desired.
- Store in the fridge for up to five days.
