400g plain yoghurt
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
Juice of ½ an orange
1 banana, sliced
200g strawberries, de-stemmed and halved
1 bunch of seedless green grapes, halved
- Combine the yoghurt, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl and set aside.
- Combine the orange juice and banana slices in a separate bowl. Add the berries and grapes and gently mix.
- Spoon the fruit into serving bowls and top with the yoghurt.
