100g cream cheese
A handful of fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
4 poppy seed bagels, toasted
200g smoked salmon, sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
- Mix together the cream cheese, chives, capers and lemon juice. Spread over the bottom bagel halves.
- Top with the smoked salmon, onion and rocket. Slice in half to serve.
