Serves 2
60g Crawford’s Farm raw butter, melted
Zest and juice of a lemon
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1⁄2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, snipped
Pinch of dried chilli flakes
Salt and black pepper
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, cayenne and paprika. Whisk to combine well.
- Stir in the parsley, chives and chilli flakes, then season to taste.
- Serve melted as a dip for sliced steak, chicken strips or crudités, or allow to set slightly and spread over some good bread.
