1 x 200g round of Brie or Camembert
8 tsp onion chutney
Handful of basil leaves
- Wrap the Brie in a few layers of tin foil and place at the very edge of your fire. Allow it to sit there for 6-8 minutes until almost fully melted.
- Carefully remove from the fire and open the foil. Cut slices of the cheese and add to your crackers with some onion chutney and basil leaves. Top with another cracker and enjoy straight away.
