To serve

  1. In a food processor or blender, add the lemons, raspberries, sugar and half of the water. Blend until the lemon is finely chopped.
  2. Pour the mixture through sieve over a bowl, then press through as much of the juice as you can. 
  3. Transfer to a jug and top up with the remaining water. Taste and add more sugar if it is too tart. 
  4. Serve with ice and raspberries.
