To serve
- In a food processor or blender, add the lemons, raspberries, sugar and half of the water. Blend until the lemon is finely chopped.
- Pour the mixture through sieve over a bowl, then press through as much of the juice as you can.
- Transfer to a jug and top up with the remaining water. Taste and add more sugar if it is too tart.
- Serve with ice and raspberries.
