4 slices of bread, white or wholemeal, crusts removed
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp strawberry jam
- Place the slices of bread on a chopping board. Use a rolling pin to flatten them.
- Spread each slice with one tablespoon each of peanut butter and jam.
- Roll each slice into a tight spiral. Cut each spiral into four pieces. Pop into a lunchbox or place a plate with some fresh strawberries.
