Nutella Baked Oats

85g oats

125g milk

2 tablespoons Nutella – plus more for topping

2 large egg

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch salt


For the topping:

Chopped hazelnuts


To serve:

Greek yoghurt


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and spray the oven safe dish with cooking spray, or brush with a little oil.
  2. Place oats in a blender and blend for 1 minute, or until oats reach a floury consistency.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients (excluding hazelnuts) and blend for another minute until smooth.
  4. Pour into the prepared dish. Add a few more spoonfuls of Nutella on top and sprinkle on the chopped hazelnuts.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes and enjoy it warm with Greek yoghurt spooned on top.
