Mixed berry frozen “yoghurt”

Serves 6
500g frozen mixed berries
3 tbsp honey
250g soy based vegan yoghurt, coconut flavour
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water
  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a plastic, freezer-safe container and close with a lid. Place in the freezer foor at least five hours before serving.
