  1. Line a microwave-safe tray with non-stick parchment paper.
  2. Split the Oreos into two bowls, placing the biscuits in one bowl and the filling in the other.
  3. Whizz the biscuits in a food processor to form a fine crumb, or place in a sealable bag, close tightly and bash with a rolling pin.
  4. Pour the crushed biscuits back into the bowl and stir in the baking powder, coconut milk and the filling from the Oreos. Stir to combine well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and sprinkle over some extra crushed Oreos.
  6. Cook in the microwave for 5-8 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
