Magnet recipe: Mint sauce

Mint sauce | Easy Food

Makes about 180ml

30g fresh mint, finely chopped
2 tbsp sugar
110ml boiling water
25ml white wine vinegar or lemon juice

Put the mint and sugar into a jug or gravy boat. Add the boiling water and vinegar or lemon juice. Set aside to infuse for 5-10 minutes, then serve with Irish lamb.
