To serve

1. In a large bowl, stir together ginger, garlic, honey and soy sauce. Add prawns and marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes (or up to one hour) before cooking. 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and sauté in the pan for about one minute per side or until just pink. 3. Add the remaining marinade to the pan and bring to a strong simmer. Leave to cook for an additional minute, then remove from the heat and serve with noodles or couscous.
