Tick the ingredients you need to add your shopping list.
- Combine the lemon and lime zest, caster sugar and 500ml water in a saucepan over a medium-low heat. Heat, gently stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the juice from the lemons and limes (you should have about 250ml). Allow to infuse for at least 30 minutes on a low heat, then remove from the heat and leave to cool.
- Pour the mixture through a sieve and discard the zest. Pour into a large serving jug and top with 750ml of cold water.
- Add ice, sliced lemons and limes and mint before serving.
