  2. While the hot dogs are cooking, in a small bowl mix the honey and mustard together. In another bowl mix the ketchup and sriracha.
  3. To assemble, add ketchup to each bun, then add the cooked sausage, a drizzle of honey mustard and a sprinkle of crispy onions.
