To serve:

  1. Set aside half of the dill and the lemon juice, then add the remaining burger ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using clean hands, knead the mixture together for two minutes.
  2. Form the burger mixture into four patties and flatten with the back of your hand.
  3. Add the cooking spray to a large pan over a medium heat. When hot, add the burgers and cook for eight minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt, garlic and half the cucumber together with the remaining dill and lemon juice.
  5. Serve the burgers with the tzatziki, remaining cucumbers, tomatoes and pittas.
