To serve:
- Set aside half of the dill and the lemon juice, then add the remaining burger ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using clean hands, knead the mixture together for two minutes.
- Form the burger mixture into four patties and flatten with the back of your hand.
- Add the cooking spray to a large pan over a medium heat. When hot, add the burgers and cook for eight minutes per side or until cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt, garlic and half the cucumber together with the remaining dill and lemon juice.
- Serve the burgers with the tzatziki, remaining cucumbers, tomatoes and pittas.
