2 tbsp olive oil
300g raw king prawns, peeled and deveined
1 chilli, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt and black pepper
small handful of Fresh parsley, chopped
Baguette, sliced and lightly toasted
- In a frying pan, add the oil and heat until almost smoking.
- Add the prawns and chilli. Fry until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Season with salt and pepper and add chopped parsley, then remove from the heat and serve immediately with baguette slices for dipping.
