Gambas pil pil

2 tbsp olive oil
300g raw king prawns, peeled and deveined
1 chilli, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt and black pepper
small handful of Fresh parsley, chopped

Baguette, sliced and lightly toasted
  1. In a frying pan, add the oil and heat until almost smoking.
  2. Add the prawns and chilli. Fry until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and add chopped parsley, then remove from the heat and serve immediately with baguette slices for dipping.
