These are really quick and easy for kids to get involved and make their own ice-creams. Especially great in Summer, when they want ice-cream every-day. Try it with either water or natural yoghurt for fun and delicious variation.


Makes 8 to 10 lollies


400ml water or natural yoghurt

100ml MiWadi 0% sugar – any flavour

Jug, ice-cream sticks and lollie moulds


  1. Dilute the MiWadi 0% Sugar by mixing with the water or yoghurt in a jug. Taste it, to make sure you are happy with the sweetness.
  2. Pour into the moulds, filling them halfway and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Add in the ice cream sticks when semi frozen (so that the stick stays in the middle. Freeze until hard.
  4. Can be frozen up to 3 months. We don’t think they will last so long.
