Dairy-free banana ice cream

Serves 4
4 bananas, peeled, cut into 3cm chunks and frozen
1 avocado
2 tbsp peanut butter



  1. Place the frozen banana pieces and avocado into a food processor and whizz together until soft a smooth. Add the peanut butter and whizz to combine.

TOP TIP: If dairy isn’t an issue, you could add 50g chocolate chips with the peanut butter and stir to combine.
