  1. Toss the tofu in the soy sauce, coating each slice, set aside.
  2. Mix the miso paste, oil, water and half the chilli flakes until smooth.
  3. Toss the veg in the miso mixture.
  4. Add the tofu to the air fryer basket in an even layer and cook for 10 mins at 180°C. Turn the tofu, add the veg, and cook for a further 10 mins or until the veg is cooked and the tofu is crispy. Serve immediately.
