- Toss the tofu in the soy sauce, coating each slice, set aside.
- Mix the miso paste, oil, water and half the chilli flakes until smooth.
- Toss the veg in the miso mixture.
- Add the tofu to the air fryer basket in an even layer and cook for 10 mins at 180°C. Turn the tofu, add the veg, and cook for a further 10 mins or until the veg is cooked and the tofu is crispy. Serve immediately.
