Creamy Italian chicken

Serves 4
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
0.5 tsp salt
4 chicken fillets
250ml cream
30g butter
  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and rub over both sides of the chicken fillets.
  2. Melt half of the butter in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 10 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through.
  3. Stir in the cream and the remaining butter until combined.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce is thick and the chicken is
    cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
