Cranberry sauce

Serves 8


500g cranberries, fresh or frozen

400g caster sugar

150ml orange juice


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over a medium-high heat. Cook for 15-20 minutes until thickened slightly.
  2. Once cooled, transfer to sterilised jars. Once opened, store in the fridge.
