To serve

  1. In a food processor or blender, add the lemons, sugar and half of the water. Blend until the lemon is finely chopped.
  2. Pour the mixture through a sieve over a bowl, then press through as much juice as you can.
  3. Top up with the remaining water. Taste and add more sugar if it is too tart.
  4. Pour into a jug and serve with ice and sliced lemons.
