500g frozen mixed berries, thawed
100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
4 shop-bought thin, crêpe-style pancakes
- Put the thawed berries into a large pan and cook over a medium heat for five minutes until heated through.
- Meanwhile, place the chocolate and cream into a heatproof bowl and rest over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Heat gently for 5-6 minutes, stirring now and then, until the chocolate is just melted.
- Remove the bowl from the pan and stir together into a smooth sauce.
- Heat the crêpes according to the package instructions. Place each crêpe on a warm plate and spoon a quarter of the berries into the middle, then pour over the hot chocolate sauce.
