To serve:

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat and cook the mince for 6-8 minutes until it is browned all over and no pink parts remain, breaking up any lumps using a wooden spoon. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  2. Stir in the cumin, paprika and some salt and black pepper. Stir in the tomato puree, relish and water and set aside.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Line two baking trays with non-stick parchment paper.
  4. Place a pizza base on each tray. Top the pizza base with the mince mixture, then add the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bases are crisp and the cheese is melted.
  5. Top with some rocket before serving.
