2 carrots (roughly 200g) peeled, cut into chunks and boiled until very tender
1x 200g tub of plain hummus
Breadsticks and/or crudités
- Place the cooked carrots in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the hummus
and stir to combine well.
- Serve with lots of breadsticks or chopped crunchy vegetables, for dipping.

Top tip: This is also delicious made with sweet potato. Because it’s sweeter than carrots, we recommend adding a squeeze of lemon.
