2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
6 tsp brown sugar
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Use kitchen paper to pat the cut sides of the peaches dry. Place peaches on a plate and place in the freezer for 20–25 minutes.
- Remove the peaches from freezer and place them cut-side up on a small baking tray.
- Sprinkle each peach half with brown sugar and place the tray under the grill until the tops are caramelised.
- Serve with ice cream.
