Makes 6 small pots (or 4 larger glasses)
500g mascarpone
3 tbsp golden syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp salted caramel sauce, plus extra to
serve
3 ripe bananas, sliced
60g toffee popcorn
10g dark chocolate, grated
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, golden syrup and vanilla extract until combined. Divide half of the mixture amongst six small glasses or bowls.
- Add one tablespoon of caramel sauce and some sliced banana to each.
- Spoon over the remaining mascarpone mixture and top with toffee popcorn.
- Drizzle over a little more caramel sauce and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate
